Meditation and song

Join me to practice meditation and song.

This is the first meeting at my new place, so we will have to test out how far sound travels and probably not use instruments so as not to disturb my neighbours. Most of the session will be periods of silent sitting, interspersed with song. I can give introductions to anyone new to the practices. You are welcome to stay for a cup of tea and chat afterward.

If you have not meditated before, or are very new to it, listen to Lama Nor'dzin's introduction to shi-ne on the Aro meditation site. This is the core meditation that we practice in the Aro lineage.

Please let me know if you intend to come as numbers are limited due to my room size.

The room is on the ground floor. There is wheelchair access to the main entrance.
