Naljorma Dzü’drül PamoNaljorma Dzü’drül Pamo was ordained together with her husband Ngakpa Trögyal Dorje by Ngak’chang Rinpoche and Khandro Déchen in 2000. She has studied thangka painting with them since 1997. She loves bringing into existence the vivid images of the Aro gTér Buddhas. Once a year she attends the thangka painting retreat in Penarth, where she engages in the study and drawing of the Aro gTér yidams. She is inspired by how seemingly effortlessly these images come into existence with the help of her Lamas. She attends life drawing classes on a regular basis to improve her skills. Naljorma Dzü’drül Pamo is also a practitioner of sKu-mNyé, one of the psycho-physical practices of the Aro gTér. She likes practices where one uses one’s body in meditation. And at the same time practicing these exercises helps to maintain strength and flexibility. sKu-mNyé exercises are sometimes strange and demanding on the coordinative and muscular abilities of the body and can be dangerous if not practiced precisely. Naljorma Dzü’drül Pamo is a physiotherapist by profession, and has specialised in treating people with back and joint problems for 20 years. Therefore she tries hard to show and teach people the correct performance of the sKu-mNyé exercises. Naljorma Dzü’drül Pamo and Ngakpa Trögyal Dorje work together as a teaching couple mentoring students in the Aro Members programme. Naljorma Dzü’drül und Pamo Ngakpa Trögyal Dorje nehmen natürlich gerne Mitglieder an, die mit uns in deutsch korrespondieren wollen. |
