Our third 'Friends Day' for people who are signed up as Friends or Members of any of the Aro charities worldwide. Ngakma Mé-tsal will teach on the five precepts, as explained from the perspective of Dzogchen. This Friends day will be the prelude to a series of three courses and also a non-residential retreat focussing on teachings from a lineage of enlightened women.
